How to live for a century is a very interesting topic as it has been discussed millions of time but up till now no one still knows a precise secret of long living. I have chosen such a topic for my essay because I feel that today people should be aware of the problems that might prevent us achieving our desired long-living-century. Today people want to live as longer as possible but forgetting to take care of their health. I mean not only healthy mode of life such as: don’t drink alcohol, do not smoke, do not eat such food as “fast food”, but much more fruit and vegetables (they contain a lot of vitamins), fresh juice (it helps us to wake up in the morning), milk produts, meat and fish (they give us energy), as possible.
Certainly every day it is necessary to do some physical exercises even if you experience pains. Do not worry as pain relief in New York is under the control of medical associations and you will not be left alone with your problem. I’m talking about this because there are many people who find excuses not to visit gym or practise any kind of sport because they say that something always brings them pain. But nowadays even such things as special wound treatment products can be bought at the nearest drugstore.
Other people who always complain on knee and foot pains seem to be unaware of the fact that foot and knee pain relief products are already on the market and you can even choose from the wide stock in a drugstore. All in all, because I’m a student, not always it comes out to observe all the rules, nit speaking about our diet but I’ll try of course.
What else should I say… I think that a psychological balance plays a very important role in our “healthy” life. But every day people have a big stress. As Mr.Terner told: “In order to live a century a man must be happy. In order to be happy, a man must feel 7 positive emotions a day.” And I agree with him. And a pensiveness helps us to cope with the stress! I definitely for pensiveness! Especially if I feel a bit depressed. And my belief is that in pensiveness is it possible to find only one lack-in impossibility or unwillingness the dreams to embody.
Any dream is positive, it is idea, spark! And it is sad only when the spark fades at once, and without having generated neither light, nor heat! And the person without imagination is boring and his life is reduced to one daily boring reality filled up with stress, “fast food” and bad mood.
